Please allow 1-3 Business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Shipping time varies depending on your location in the world. The average shipping time frame is 2-10 business days.
Returns Policy
We want our customers to love our products, so if your order doesn’t meet your expectations our team are here to help you out.
Our Returns Policy applies to orders placed through our online store www.gangstalivin.com.
Change of mind returns
Our change of mind returns period is 30 days. It helps us with processing if you can ensure that the product/s being returned:
- Are unworn and unwashed; and
- Have the tags still attached; and
- Are in the original packaging.
Returns of faulty items
We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers, therefore we appreciate being notified if our product isn’t up to standard. If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@gangstalivin.com with the following:
- Your name; and
- Order number; and
- Images of the fault for review.
If the item is deemed as having a manufacturer’s fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or refund.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned for a store credit. Facilitating exchanges on sale items will depend on availability of stock and volume of exchange requests. Refunds are not offered for the return of sale items unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Refunds
We offer refunds on all full-priced items returned within 30 days. Please note that a refund may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you once processed.
What you need to do to return an item/s
To return an item for exchange, please email info@gangstalivin.com with the following information:
- Your name; and
- Order number; and
- Details of the item/s being returned (product name, colour, size); and
- Details of the item/s you wish to exchange the returned item/s for (product name, colour size).

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the item/s you are returning.
You can also return item/s for a store credit or refund, subject to the terms and conditions detailed above.
